The type of session that is best for you or your family depends on your desired investment and how many images you want from your session. Option 2 (50 minute session) is the best value, based on the number of images you will receive. But, if you're only interested in a few images and want to keep your investment low, Option 1 is perfect and my most popular booking.
If this is your first time booking a session with me, I can assure you that 20-minutes is more than enough time to capture beautiful images. Parents marvel each year at my ability to deliver, despite children (and sometimes spouses :) that don't cooperate.

Which type of session
Each year, I have a few toddlers who make me work really, really hard to deliver. And each year, I come out nearly undefeated!
I recommend you schedule your session at a time when you know your child will be rested and in a good mood. I also encourage you to bring toys and snacks that will make them smile. I am not above bribery to get the shot!
With that said, I truly believe children are best captured being their true selves, and sometimes the best images are of them displaying their ummmm... true attitude. BUT, if your session ends and you 100% truly did not get a good shot of your child, I will work with you to provide another opportunity at a later time (on the same day or the next morning) to give it another go for a significantly reduced fee.

What if my child doesn't
Absolutely not! While the families that I have been serving for years will make up the bulk of my Fall sessions, these sessions are suitable for engaged couples, extended families, high school seniors, and individuals wanting lifestyle headshots. There is no limit to the subject matter for this sessions. All are welcome, including pets!

Are the sessions only
Your gallery will be ready for download or for selection of your included images 5 days after your session. Galleries will remain online for another 5 days for selection/purchase. If you are unable to make your selections during that time, a $10/day fee will be required to extend your gallery.

When will the images be
The full session price will be due at the time of your booking to reserve your time slot. Because these sessions are limited and booked on a first-come, first-serve basis, payments are non-refundable. You can transfer your session to a family member or friend, if you're unable to attend.
As for weather, should the forecast looks so bad that I decide canceling is best, I will attempt to reschedule all sessions on another date, ideally during the same weekend. If the new date doesn't work for you, you will receive a full refund for the session amount or the option to transfer your session to another city.
When do I pay? And what happens if the weather changes?
If you're located in Nashville and interested in booking an indoor Christmas-themed session at your home or in a studio space, I am happy to schedule and help you plan for an amazing session.
However, I do not offer this type of session in a mini-format at this time. I simply love Fall colors, cooler temps, falling leaves, natural light, and being in spaces where kids can run around and play. I also love the memories I am helping my returning mini session clients build each year.
